Loved Palisades Belgian bistro, Et Voila, celebrates Belgian Independence Day, Saturday, July 21st with a Belgian Brew-a-Bration featuring special Belgian Beer Flights and boozy, frosty Beer Floats. A secret gem for beer lovers, Et Voila boasts one of the city’s most expansive, unique Belgian beer programs. Celebrating nearly 200 years of independence, Et Voila will serve up their popular Beer Floats and Belgian Beer Flights all night long. For $10, novice and experienced beer fans alike can discover and learn about unique Belgian brews such as the Steenbrugge Tripel and the Duvel, a Belgian Strong Pale Ale. There’s nothing better than beer with more beer. Et Voila pairs their own housemade Hoegaarden beer ice cream with the Belgian Kasteel Rouge beer, a deep red ale made with sour cherries, a Lindemans Peche Lambic, with housemade peach ice cream and some hot Sichuan pepper, and the popular Belgian Hoegaarden beer with a housemade calamansi sorbet. All Et Voila Beer Floats are $10.
