So many great houses around there – this is one of my favorites, too!
Number 1883 was built in 1883, making it one of the last detached houses built in “The Park.” It is also the last house in LeDroit that I can readily attribute to James H. McGill, who designed all of the early houses there.

Oh I miss living in this neighborhood. Although 2 years ago, there were a lot of sketchy characters in Cooper Circle, but otherwise it’s a gorgeous area
