      the point is to break up the urban monotony and make people smile… albeit at the expense of taxpayers… but a sign here a sign there…

    It looks like it was drawn on posterboard or something similar, not an official sign. Still cute nonetheless.

    We saw this last night – just taped and spraypainted posterboard attached to the oppoiste side of an authentic crosswalk sign. I feel like Banksy has been in my neighborhood.

    Saw a similar sign near the pocket park at 17th and New Hampshire that made me smile. Definitely on cardboard or something similar.
