WANT.
Where are the kitchen photos?!? The interior looks a bit dated to me. and the curvy ceiling above the fireplace is kind of a deal breaker. I’m willing to bet the kitchen is a bad deal, that’s why they left it out.
There are photos of the kitchen in the more recent slide show. It’s not huge, but certainly big enough and in decent shape, though the decor/furnishings might not be to everyone’s taste.
It would be cooler if it were in California, though. But I still like it.
I’m fairly certain that this is my dream home. Wow!
The only problem…the house smells like chlorine and you need a maid that does windows.
Could be a salt water pool.
Haha poor photo editing on their part. They forgot to re-color the clouds in one image!
This house makes me want to reevaluate a career in the nonprofit sector.
+1
Seems almost a bargain at that price. Now just need to dig up another 2.5 million …
That is spectacular. I especially love the pool.
my birthday is in a couple of weeks. I maybe can cover the tax.
Now that’s some good house porn. Best ever, IMO, but this style is not for everyone.
love it!
It’s like the set of some high-class porno movie.
love this house and love that they kids rooms are furnished with Ikea furniture, wealthy yet thrifty, so smart
It’s throughout the house, not just in the kids’ rooms.
I think the IKEA stuff might just be for staging purposes…
I would kill for a lap pool in my house.
Chain Bridge Road is such a gorgeous road in DC
Other than the living room looking like the bridge of the Enterprise, I’d take it.
Want. Major want.
I’ll offer $295,000.
Indoor pool + all that glass = terrarium living.
Any wagers on the monthly cooling bill?
I wonder if the pool (if it’s not heated) helps w/ cooling that large area?
yes. please.
the ballerest.
