I’ve always wondered about these. The interior is kind of blah but it’s a good deal. Maybe it’s all the toys in the photos, but I think this would be an ideal place to raise kids. You have dedicated off-street parking, and a decent amount of space, and the location has a lot of features that would appeal to parents (very close to Lincoln Park, the school, the Safeway and Harris Teeter, the Pretzel Bakery, and the Crepe place).
Bland and blech, but probably a good deal. Just hard to get excited about a place that has no soul.
Yeah, bring back Kentucky Courts (the notorious public housing project that these ‘soul’-less units replaced)! Something tells me that this complex is close to completely devoid of the kind of violence that really gave the old nabe some pizazz!
I am left desiring photos that are not blurry.
As a parent, I would have to say the in boundary school for this address is less than ideal. The Pretzel’s are awesome though.
I strongly dislike these houses. I walk by them every day and they don’t fit the character of the neighborhood!
