I lived at the 15th St end of this block – it’s nice, and there is a real sense of community. Don’t know about the price though. i guess if it only needs cosmetic improvements….

  • looks like it needs some updating inside… wonder how old the mechanical systems are. unbelievable for $499k. seems too high.

  • Definitely too high

  • When I read “estate sale,” I was hoping for a tag sale. Bummer.

  • Seriously? One dollar shy of 1/2 million for this condition?

  • too high, we had our eye on one on this street that was fully renovated and ended up selling at $484k (initially listed at $499k but it sat for 3 months and was reduced. This looks like a similar size

  • I live on this street and this house is much much bigger than the house that went for $484 earlier this year. This is a very good deal and the house is very cute. it needs some cosmetic work but the bones are very nice.

    • No, it’s not a very good deal for 2 bed/1.5 bath in NE. It’s priced high for this condition of a place. But your point is well taken that it might have good bones. It will need work, some more than cosmetic but probably not a gut job unless the buyer has a totally modern vision for the place.

  • It is almost 1600 square feet. the other house was 900. Huge different. also the house that was fully renovated was renovated becasue it burnt down.
