Don't you have to wait in line just to put your name down, though?
Also, what if I...
I would also go to your councilmember (who is Jim Graham) and explain the situation. They...
So awful, praying that see and the baby are as okay as you can be after being shot
Get rid of this stupid reservation system. Why should a customer have to wait in line...
I lived at the 15th St end of this block – it’s nice, and there is a real sense of community. Don’t know about the price though. i guess if it only needs cosmetic improvements….
looks like it needs some updating inside… wonder how old the mechanical systems are. unbelievable for $499k. seems too high.
Definitely too high
When I read “estate sale,” I was hoping for a tag sale. Bummer.
Seriously? One dollar shy of 1/2 million for this condition?
too high, we had our eye on one on this street that was fully renovated and ended up selling at $484k (initially listed at $499k but it sat for 3 months and was reduced. This looks like a similar size
I live on this street and this house is much much bigger than the house that went for $484 earlier this year. This is a very good deal and the house is very cute. it needs some cosmetic work but the bones are very nice.
No, it’s not a very good deal for 2 bed/1.5 bath in NE. It’s priced high for this condition of a place. But your point is well taken that it might have good bones. It will need work, some more than cosmetic but probably not a gut job unless the buyer has a totally modern vision for the place.
It is almost 1600 square feet. the other house was 900. Huge different. also the house that was fully renovated was renovated becasue it burnt down.
