If this Ahole driver wasn't driving fast this wouldn't have happened.
Have you tried Carmax? It's been a number of years, but the car I bought there was great...
Chill out Phil. Why so angry?!
There's a light at 11th and U. So which of the two people involved ran it?
Looks like a nice place but that’s WAY too much $ for only 779 sq ft
Yes, but unfortunately that’s what apartments in this area go for these days.
Really? From what I’ve seen recently on CL, $2700+ in Capitol Hill will get you 900 sq ft+ or a small townhouse.
I’m not saying it’s a great deal but it’s not that bad for an above-ground apartment. I think you’d have a hard time finding a townhouse for that price that’s south of H Street.
Nope, I didn’t have a hard time at all

Charming. Maybe a tad overpriced, but they will get what they’re asking for – it’s DC!!
Then I guess it’s not overpriced.
If it had 2 bathrooms and was a little bigger than it could definitely go for that much $2750 – what is does have going for it is that it’s much closer to Union Station than a lot of other places on “Capitol Hill”, so someone may find it worth paying extra $$ for the location.
