Thanks to DDOT for sending word:
“Attention Georgia Avenue/New Hampshire Station Users: We have had to relocate the station across the GA/NH intersection.
Reason: the Sweet Mango Cafe corner will be under construction soon.”
Looking forward to seeing what happens at the Sweet Mango Cafe corner:

Unfortunately, many of the older residents would prefer empty storefronts over anything...
I had a Yorkie and it pains me to recall thoughts of when my see you next Tuesday gf left...
I hope your prayers are answered.
Our thoughts are with you.
"Boot camp" groups. My hardcore running friends always complain about them. They clog up...
hopefully they move sweet mangos up the street too. The smoke from that place is horrible!
Horribly awesome!
Not if you have to walk through it every day on your way to the metro stop.
I do, and it just makes me hungry.
+1. I live down the street and love the smell of deliciousness on my way to work each morning.
What’s going on at the corners of Georgia Ave and New Hampshire?
Yeah, I did my half-asleep walk to the bike racks this morning, crossed Georgia Ave to the corner, and stood there staring at the fireworks stand for at least 10 seconds wondering where the *#$& the bikes were.
Then I saw them across the street. Which I actually like better since we live on that side of Georgia… but it definitely confused my pre-coffee brain this morning!
Under construction, eh? Any idea what they’ll be doing there?
They’re currently tearing up the sidewalk on the northeast corner of the Georgia/New Hampshire intersection — are they perhaps going to do the same here? Or will something actually go in that space?
Bet this is part of DDOT’s Middle Georgia Ave Project. They are showing trees and other landscaping in place of bikeshare in their presentations. Link to the project on DDOT’s site is below:

Can’t tell from the picture, but when the rack has bikes in it, what is the sidewalk clearance/usable width like?
