I actually lived in this apartment. It’s a terribly worded listing but the place isn’t that bad for $1200. Although “backyard” is completely misleading (the backdoor opens to the nether regions of the upstairs deck), there is a decent little patio in the front that is enclosed and also underneath the upstairs patio. The kitchen is tiny and there are two mini fridges side by side. Regardless, after one open house there were several people chomping at the bit to rent it.
