I’m sorry, 1500 bucks…. for an apartment….. in “beautiful” Hillcrest (except that its not really Hillcrest). The rents in this city have jumped the shark.
Not even a particularly nice-looking apartment. That backyard looks incredibly depressing.
what is a raindrop shower?
Hillcrest? Did Kwame have to give up his place too as part of the plea deal?
I wouldn’t even live there if THEY were paying ME $1500 a month
Someone moving from out of town is going to be kicking themselves real quick after signing that lease.
Hillcrest is actually a really nice neighborhood. Too bad this isn’t Hillcrest.
These pictures don’t even really show what the place looks like.
My friend pays $1600 for a 2-bedroom in a nice part of Petworth.
Which is to say: I cannot imagine how a 2-bedroom at this address goes for this price.
No way. That cheap pergo floor alone… ugh.
Lots of ultra cheap flipped properties in rough neighborhoods these days commanding premium rents. What’s going on? New arrivals who don’t know what they’re doing?
Like the map says – Randle Highlands. It’s a nice neighborhood. It’s not Hillcrest.
