I’m sorry, 1500 bucks…. for an apartment….. in “beautiful” Hillcrest (except that its not really Hillcrest). The rents in this city have jumped the shark.
Not even a particularly nice-looking apartment. That backyard looks incredibly depressing.

Hillcrest is actually a really nice neighborhood. Too bad this isn’t Hillcrest.

My friend pays $1600 for a 2-bedroom in a nice part of Petworth.
Which is to say: I cannot imagine how a 2-bedroom at this address goes for this price.

Lots of ultra cheap flipped properties in rough neighborhoods these days commanding premium rents. What’s going on? New arrivals who don’t know what they’re doing?
Like the map says – Randle Highlands. It’s a nice neighborhood. It’s not Hillcrest.
