  Looks to be a 1961 Chrysler Newport Hardtop Sedan.

  the 61 was the first and last year for the tailfins for that model. Ford I think stopped the tailfins in 63 for the t-bird and might of been the last year for the continental too. That front bumper weighs more than my motorcycle. sweet.
