Roc Bar is coming to the former Reserve space (which closed back in June 2011) that was located at 1426 L St, NW next to the Post Pub. According to a liquor license application, it will be a:
“New Tavern serving full menu grilled foods, chicken, burgers, and salads with seating for 90 patrons and total occupancy load of 90. Sidewalk cafĂ© with 24 seats and entertainment endorsement with DJ and dancing.”

It’s all in the key word “serving.” Post Pub staff don’t serve so much as angrily toss in your general direction.
