Anyone know if this is a pop up or completely new construction? Either way, do you think it has potential for turning out nice? It’s from 9th and Euclid St, NW in Columbia Heights.

Hope you get her back soon
Unfortunately, many of the older residents would prefer empty storefronts over anything...
I had a Yorkie and it pains me to recall thoughts of when my see you next Tuesday gf left...
I hope your prayers are answered.
Our thoughts are with you.
It’s new; check out the street view: https://maps.google.com/maps?q=9th+and+euclid+NW+washington+DC&hl=en&ll=38.924,-77.02449&spn=0.000008,0.004211&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=48.641855,68.994141&t=h&hnear=9th+St+NW+%26+Euclid+St+NW,+Washington,+District+of+Columbia+20001&z=18&layer=c&cbll=38.924,-77.02449&panoid=t6fMkOSYzP7aMf_UQf4FSQ&cbp=12,205.97,,0,0
Yeah, it’s new construction – I watched them pour the foundation. Btw, it’s adjacent to the trashed place that was featured on here for the worst real estate posting photos ever.
904 Euclid St NW. It is new construction
IT’s completely new construction, guys. Kind of cheap looking and disappointing.
A roof like that looks really weird on a house so narrow.
It definitely has potential to turn out nice – you can often get away with differences in height or detail at the end of a row. I will be standing by to see how it plays out.
It’s an odd question though. If it had been an older house there, it looks like it’s been mostly gutted and rebuilt, new inside and out.
How much demo and reconstruction would it take before you’d consider it more than just an add-on/pop up?
It looks like a slice of a house. Where’s the other piece?
9th and Euclid? Isn’t this Sherman and Euclid, or am I off? Is there even such a place as 9th and Euclid?
Probably condos, right?
9th runs 1 block from Berry to Euclid over there by the Banneker tennis courts and Howard U parking lots.
Ugh. This is one of three places that are popping up on the same block of Euclid from Sherman to 9th. This is perhaps the worst, though none of them seem to make any attempt to fit into the neighborhood. That neighborhood, by the way, is not Columbia Heights. It is Pleasant Plains.

The pitched roof is hideous. Does not fit it with the neighboring architecture whatsoever.
I live two doors down. 9th and Euclid is a place- see reader above.
Ths roof is so far the worst part of this new construction. They are finishing it in all brick, so it will fit in more with the rest of the neighborhood, and really, other than the roof, it looks pretty nice. It’s nice that more in our little ‘hood is getting put up!
