Is this still a halfway-house? It still was a few years ago. It looks like an all-the-way house now.
The house on the other side of Park Rd was a half way house – not this one.
And there were two other halfway houses on that block that have since been sold to private homeowners. Between that and the burt out shell that has been converted to condos, this block has really shaped up nicely.
I’ve heard that the garden (shown in the middle pic) is a community garden for the neighborhood. Can anyone confirm or deny that?
Nope, it’s not a community garden. I don’t know if it was previously, but the house was sold to new owners last year and it’s all private property. Gorgeous house!
