The carefully painted windows seem a bit out of place compared to the state of the paint on the rest of the house – I wonder if it is that way on purpose??
I think the window detailing is lovely. While I also wonder about what dc_chica said, I’m assuming either it was intentional or due to budgeting. Intentional seems more likely because I think you could have easily painted the bricks if you didn’t want to repoint them, which would be expensive.
