It may be “going” for that but doubt it will be “gone” for that.
Seems high to me. It has the square footage to maybe play in the north of 1.2 million range but it is only 3 bedrooms. If you are loooking for this amoutn of space, you are probably a family and hence want 4 bedrooms at a minimum. I just don’t see it.
Yeah, 1.6 would be the highest price in the last year for a 3bd in that area.

This is not porn, this is like crappy TBS late-night. The wide angle on that lens must be something reverse-telescopic. Where do they get off calling that back yard “gardens?” Listen, I think the house is nice and tastefully maintained, but $1.6M is a lot of money. It makes me think these folks are quite greedy. I am guessing under $1.1M at the most. If it were two blocks east, it could go for $1.3M. Never $1.6M.
