Walk to Yu Ying Charter School.

  • Worth a look but I think it’s too high for the amount of bedrooms and updating that likely needs done.

Yes it is a good deal. Very cute and homey. Lots of future ideas with the space given.

  • How can anyone judge by the photos provided?

A kitchen shot shows only a sink, “backsplash,” the edge of some of (all of?) the cabinetry? An entryway (or is that the entire living room?) and what I guess is the “dormer” (any closet space? Is this one of the bedrooms?) Not even a sliver photo of the bathroom? If you say the yard is “very spacious,” why not show it and not just a partial patch of grass?

The SFH market is really competitive right now – I get it. But when a realtor is this careless with presentation it shows such contempt for potential buyers. “Sure, I’m selling a dated fixer-upper, but if this is your price point than you don’t have much choice, do you?”

I do realize that if I’m ever going to afford my own house, I probably will need to make a lot of compromises, but gosh, don’t rub it in! I mean, can’t you at least buy me dinner first?

The agent is just lazy and a bad photographer. This isn’t about you. Really. So stop making crap up. You’ll be glad you did.

Oooh SNAP cut down to size by … “anon”?

Take some ownership of your posts and maybe you’ll start posting something other than snark.

And once you’ve got yourself a consistently-identifiable screen name, I’ll be curious to hear how you judge this a “good deal or not” based on the photos/location info provided.
