Kind of in the middle of nowhere. Far from Metro, and small. I would say it is at least 100k over priced.
Actually, for a SFH, I will say 50k overpriced.
It’s probably no more than a 10 minute walk from Brookland metro. It is overpriced for the size, even though Brookland is quickly becoming the it neighborhood.

Yes it is a good deal. Very cute and homey. Lots of future ideas with the space given.
How can anyone judge by the photos provided?
A kitchen shot shows only a sink, “backsplash,” the edge of some of (all of?) the cabinetry? An entryway (or is that the entire living room?) and what I guess is the “dormer” (any closet space? Is this one of the bedrooms?) Not even a sliver photo of the bathroom? If you say the yard is “very spacious,” why not show it and not just a partial patch of grass?
The SFH market is really competitive right now – I get it. But when a realtor is this careless with presentation it shows such contempt for potential buyers. “Sure, I’m selling a dated fixer-upper, but if this is your price point than you don’t have much choice, do you?”
I do realize that if I’m ever going to afford my own house, I probably will need to make a lot of compromises, but gosh, don’t rub it in! I mean, can’t you at least buy me dinner first?
The agent is just lazy and a bad photographer. This isn’t about you. Really. So stop making crap up. You’ll be glad you did.
