..or bike. or bus. or drive. or cab. or walk. or stay in the neighborhood.
people...
I guess they'll have to just walk the half mile to the NOMA Metro or take the H St...
do all texans think the same?
i'm not sure why i get why that is relevant.
Are you joking? A 5 star home, fully renovated? These descriptions are laughable, please.
F NO! And why such weird pictures? What about the bathroom? Or angles that actually show the apartment? I really don’t need a close up of a cable jack or the shitty granite countertop.
+1. Choice of pictures is bizarre.
I agree. Close up of the granite, the kitchen faucet, and the stove?!? Is this guy a realtor or rain man?
Seems like a reasonable deal. Buddy of mine pays $2,800 for a place just south of AdMo, but it is a lot further from Metro.
Warning: When photos of the purported two bedrooms don’t appear in the listing it is likely only a bedroom and den. Big difference when considering price and value.
I’d expect more of a kitchen for $2800 a month. It’s looks kind of dated for a “fully renovated” apartment. But the location is awesome. Any news on whether it has a washer/dryer?
You obviously aren’t familiar with rental rates in Dupont Circle. $3,000 for a dated two bedroom, $4,200 for a brand new Class A unit.
$3,000 might get you a nice two bedroom in Columbia Heights.
If it’s legitimately 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms then this is probably close to where the market is at. For this apartment you’re not paying for the kitchen — you’re paying to live on top of the Dupont Metro.
It is a great location – the floors and kitchen are dated and the fact that they don’t mention a W/D makes me believe you’ll be using a laundry room (although that seems out of step with the rest of the building’s ammenities). I also wonder why no photos of the bedrooms….
