It’s very nice and had great big back patio/yard area. Ultimately what made me decide not to put an offer in was that I didn’t want to be so far away from public transportation/life. That part of Mt Pleasant is very pretty but to go anywhere is a long walk or drive.

Pleasant has to walk or bike uphill to get anywhere because Mt. Pleasant is on a big ole hill. And all the houses are sliding down the hill. But it’s still the nicest part of the neighborhood, I think. Decent deal on the house, but those houses are kinda small.

It’s very steep and is used as a cross-town highway, so there is always fast moving traffic on it. And a man was murdered while walking his dog about a block from here back in 2005, and it still hasn’t been solved.
