Update on 14th and Belmont/Chapin St, NW (Old Nehemiah Strip Mall)
2300 14th St, NW
We’ve got a name for the new building coming to the Old Nehemiah Strip Mall at 14th and Chapin St, NW – “Capitol View on 14th”. The banner says they’ll be ready in Fall 2012. Still no word on retail but as soon as anyone signs a lease I’ll be sure to update again.

Now can they come get rid of the strip mall on H Street? Granted, this kind of thing would look horrendously out of place, but that thing is so ugly and doesn’t fit at all with the rest of street.
