Those are standard FloRhIde prices. You’re paying for the vibrancy.
And you’re paying for the access to multiple outlets for your refined petroleum needs.
Who cares about the rental…how much for the Mustang?
Yeah does the ‘stang convey?
$1,999 for a Mustang??
My goodness – I bought the one at 407 for about $60K in 2001 and sold it for double that about 2 years later. These houses are tiny – the gas station is a bit noisy – and when I was there it was still very ghetto – but I can see that has changed. The lovely lady in 409 aka Crazy Neighbor Judy – is very entertaining, but don’t get on her bad side. Anyway – that is a RIDICULOUS amount for rent there. And no – I do not regret selling that house or the one I sold on H St NE and 19th – where I also (nearly) doubled my investment.
