I live at Vaughan Place apts connected to this condo…I pay $2400/month for a one bedroom but love the area. So, yeah, seems like a great deal

Good deal, but having a car would be preferable if you lived there. Decent bus service on Wisconsin, though.

Good deal. I know someone in one of those top level units and it’s very nice. Me personally though, i’d rather be closer to a Metro.

I live two blocks away and pay much more for a one bedroom. My place charges extra for storage and doesn’t have access to a pool. This place seems like a very good deal.
