Better invest in renters insurance in this building, if you know what’s good for you.
Why’s that? I mean renter insurance is a must anyway, but you’ve piqued my curiosity….
the below mentioned meth lab that blew up in this building.
I actually looked at a studio in this place years ago and the layout was pretty impossible to work with. I can handle small, but it was so small that there was no way you could possibly reasonably configure either a bed and a living/couch area or a bed and an eat-in area. it was really horrible. and disappointing since they gutted the thing — must be the worst architect in dc who did the interior.
This is the building that had the meth lab explosion a few months ago…
They should have mentioned that in the ad “Features include a 24- hour wi-fi lounge area, 24-hour fitness center, bike storage, recycling area & private laundry room, and meth lab.”
oops!
If things keep going the way they are, that may not be a unique feature in the near future.
