Is that a picture of the lobby? Must be a crappy looking apartment or a lazy lister.
I just like that the weight limit for pets is 32 lbs. That number is amusingly arbitrary to me.
I was thinking the same thing. Maybe it’s the pound equivalent of a round number in kilograms??
They say it’s “not far from Tenley metro” which is 1) not true and 2) funny because it’s actually about a half mile closer to the Woodley metro.
Not far to Tenleytown Metro by bus – but yes much closer to walk to Woodley and probably about the same amount of time.
Depending on size, I think that’s a decent deal

Looking at the pictures, that’s a good deal. The view is awesome. It’s worth it for that alone.
