So it looked like, when they were actually working on these buildings last year, that hobos were doing the construction.
Now there’s a big FOR LEASE poster on one of them. Ummm, what? Why would I want to lease this building? I’ve been thinking about calling just for shits to see what’s in it for me. Maybe they want someone to finish construction in exchange for a lease. Don’t know.
The “for lease” sign always cracks me up.
Any one know what happened? Presumably they ran out of money or had a work stop notice posted, but it’d be interesting to know a bit of the history. What were they building? Commercial on the bottom and condo’s on the top? Are the buildings owned by the same folks?
