It might be close to the Woodley Park Metro, but being across the bridge, it’s definitely in Adams Morgan.
Nice place, expensive rent. I’ve always liked this building and wondered what the apartments looked like. I’m surprised to see such a sleek, modern looking place.
Small but luxurious, and a great location. Good deal if you can part with that much rent $.
This is a very nice neighborhood west of the park in Ward 3. However, the rents have always be high in this part of D.C.
It’s east of the park (and in Ward 1)… see the Google map in the post.
textdoc, after the recent redistricting, this area is back into Ward 3, not Ward 1. However, you are correct, this is east of rock creek park before crossing the Calvert Street Bridge.
