Dulcinea Bar and Grill Launches New Menus Will Serve Alcohol Soon and Apply For Patio

Dulcinea Bar and Grill opened at 2618 Georgia Ave, NW back in Feb. 2012. The owners send word that their liquor license has been approved and they’ve launched updated menus. And they’ll be applying for patio seating soon as well.
