  • That building is totally klatomous! That view is incredible. That’s a lot of money for a studio, though.

  • Renter beware that a drum circle gathers in the park on Sundays.

    • Worry more about the crazy, screaming hobos and Boot Camp Sargeants belting out orders at 6am. Comparatively the drums are heaven – at least they have an end time and sound good!

    • Beware the drum circle!!! Not such a bad thing in life.

  • I really hate it when there’s one photo in the listing, which doesn’t even include anything relevant. What does the, um, I don’t know, apartment itself look like?

  • Those are some nice mini-blinds (sarcasm)

    • What else is there supposed to be in an apartment? no blinds? a bed sheet? A college flag?

If someone doesn’t like them they can install something else in a unit they don’t own. Some condos (newer ones) come with mini-blinds. Not understanding the sarcasm and I’m usually pretty good at it.

  • I had a studio in that building 3 yrs ago for $1280, and that had a balcony (the park side apartments don’t). The locations is awesome, but the building is meh. I can’t believe they’re going for over $1500 now!

    • I moved into a studio (w/ a balcony) in that building 9 years ago, and it was $930/month. Damn I’m old.

  • I moved into this building about a year ago and I really love it. I live on the other side (with a balcony). You really couldnt ask for a better location

  • This place is great if you love rent raises every year, broken elevators, and using a heater when it’s 90 degrees (since they control the AC). Definitely ask if that unit had construction yet – bedroom AND kitchen – or you’ll have even more headaches!
