I would like to hear from DDOT and MPD on this: is this "valet use" of public, street...
I CAN’T MAKE SENSE -LISTING TOO JUMBLED + USE OF CAPS. PICTURES(ALTHOUGH LOW LIGHT) LOOK NICE, UPDATED BUT NOT SURE OF ACTUAL LAYOUT. IS THIS FOR FULL HOUSE OR PARTIAL -2ND UNIT (GOOD DEAL IF FOR FULL HOUSE).
lol – agreed (and I think they meant to say “formerly a bedroom” at the end). Googling the address reveals that it used to be a 3BR/1BA (and now it’s a 2BR/1.5BA?) I’m not sure that I want to have exposed brick in a bathroom, but otherwise looks nice enough and a decent deal, I’m not familiar with that particular part of the Hill though.

MAYBE THE REALTOR IS HARD OF HEARING OR HAS A PSYCHOLOGICAL PREDILECTION FOR ALL CAPS BECAUSE OF SOME CHILDHOOD TRAUMA + AVERSION TO LOWER CASE AND NOT UNDERSTANDING THAT ALL CAPS TURNS PEOPLE OFF -FLOODED WITH LIGHT.
SOMETIMES WASHER+DRYER ROOMS ARE CALLED (GASP) LAUNDRY ROOMS!
