whoa..good deal for that price…what’s the inside like?
Endlessly frustrated by the number of people renting places that don’t give more details. Why would you NOT give more details? Where are the interior shots? What’s the square-footage? What exactly are you hiding behind ‘charming, cozy basement’? Small and dark? For that price it wouldn’t surprise me. /rant
Agreed. I would never waste my time on a posting without interior photos. Yes, they are trying to hide something. And never rent a basement with carpeting. It is icky. Always.

unless it is horrendous inside, that is a fabulous deal. I lived two blocks from here, great location.
