Is it just my eyes or does the pop-up/out actually cut into the roof-line of the house to the right?

I would have been speaking up VERY LOUDLY if this thing was going up next door to me. If the neighbors did…well DCRA certainly wasn’t listening.

Judging by the shoddy, disjointed work– there was no paper. No drawings, no plans, nothing. Existed in some dude’s head. Like a child building a treehouse.

this is a proper horses ass. many of the past “nominees” have just been projects that have been held up by litigation etc. but this is just lazy and ugly and its going to be there for a very long time.

Obviously a glaring example of someone who thought they could get in the real estate business and who didn’t have a minimum level of understanding or common sense/decency. Seriously if he/she though this could be flipped and someone would buy it while clearly looking at the front with that weird and possibly illegal 3rd floor is stupid. I don’t know much but I could have done a better job with this. Good flippers do as little as possible (hopefully well) and turn it over – fast.

Oh my gosh! I almost bought this house 5 years ago! It was a cute and tiny two bedroom. It also had a large garage and long yard in the back. It was well renovated, and a great alternative to a condo. I can’t believe how horrible it has become!
