Maybe it’s just me but fresh paint and new fancy furniture do not a renovation make. Looking at some of those HVAC vents, I question whether this house has been “lovingly maintained” to the point of requiring a major upgrade on all systems. That said, it’s a nice property and the pool is a real bonus.

This house shows the problem of hiring decorators. Could anyone actually LIVE in one of those rooms? I’d be afraid to touch anything. But I’d buy the place for the pool and yard alone. Then I’d have a PoP party!

Nah. I’m only 36, and I’d shiv my own sister if it would get me in this place. With the exception of the yellow dining room floors (which I oppose on grounds of them being garish and in poor taste) and the koi pond (which I oppose on grounds that they’re expensive as crap to maintain), this is a great place. I’d feel like the Fresh Prince of Bel Air in this joint. And 40′ x 60′ pool … just in time for the summer!
