Just be careful with the heart of pine floors.

I have them too, and had them recoated (they were borderline not thick enough to be refinished) before moving in. In hindsight, I wish I had put down area rugs, etc. ASAP. Those floors get scratched and dented REALLY easily.

We hope to move in on 5-25. It really is a spectacular house. We spent hours walking through it checking out the renovation. Pretty well done.
