I’ll just start looking”. It took me 6-7 months to find my place near H St that went from listing to under contract in 4 days. I had to move really fast and have everything ready if I found the perfect place to even have a chance. I feel lucky to even have bought a place in this market that I considered completely crazy the whole time I’ve lived here. But so goes the DC renaissance of coming the city it should always have been.
