Looks pretty nice for the money – split three ways this is a decent deal for group house setup. Though living right on R.I. Ave might suck.
Also, pet peeve of mine. Why do people use goofy non-appropriate windows when they renovate?
What do you find goofy/inappropriate about the windows in this house? Just curious.

I totally agree with you about the windows. You can’t open them, but maybe you don’t want to on RI Ave. I couldn’t get past the horrible windows to focus on the rest of the house.
that small bedroom is really, really small, but it does look like a nice house. seems like a pretty good price if you do the rent 650/800/950 or something like that.
Very well done (altough I don’t like the dark tile in the bathroom.) Also a very good location if you take the 80 bus to the Hill.
That small bedroom is an office, not a bedroom. Otherwise, lovely.
I would never live some place where the owner considers me a pet.
