I lived here right out of college (AU graduate) and hated it. That said, the asking price is on par for the building. I would add that my unit hadn’t been renovated and needed a lot of attention. I also shortly thereafter found a 1 BR directly behind the GW Hospital for only $300/mo more than this. You can do better.

Old and not at all nice on the inside – but location, location, location. Decent deal. Hideous inside, though. Reaaaaallly ugly.
