That's a really nice job. It's hard to do much with the slopes. Props to my neighbor's...
Assuming that house would sell for around 800k, the monthly payments (with tax and insurance) would be a little over $4000. With that in mind, i’d say that rent is in the right ballpark.
On a side note, it’s just a few blocks on Northampton from where i grew up!
