i’d consider that cleveland park, since it’s south of Tilden..
but still, for a studio? too damned high.
It’s more Cleveland Park than Van Ness. The map is a bit misleading.
I looked at a 1BR in that building when it was new, and the unit was extremely small, without a lot of storage space. Nice quiet location very close to the shops and restaurants of Cleveland Park, though.
The rent, as it is far too often, is too damned high.
That’s waaaay too high.
I wish there was a way we could track this stuff to find out whether the apartments are actually rented and how much they get for them, kind of like you can for property sales…
I agree that this seems high. Unfortunately, it also seems in line with similarly situated studios in the Van Ness/CP area.
