  • Might consider that location at that price if there was a roofdeck and free utilities.

  • I can’t believe how quickly this area is exploding. I used to live around there and love the neighborhood, but I fear I’m quickly being priced out of a return.

  • This looks like a fair price, especially because it looks like parking is included.

  • By the description alone, the price fits. It’s less than a 3 minute walk to the metro, on a quiet street, etc.

    • I don’t know about the place but its only “less than a 3 minute walk to the metro” if you are a olympic sprinter.

      Google has it at half a mile, or a 9 minute walk so lets not get carried away.

      • Half a mile – no way. The metro entrance is next to the Shaw library at 7th and Rhode Island. Google must be measuring from the north entrance which is shown on the map above. I live one block east and can walk to the south entrance in 5 min.

  • This same listing was posted on PoP back on March 13th. I called the broker, Judy Meyerson, and she said it was rented out already. Just called her again, same response.

    If it is in fact rented out, why is the listing coming up again?

    @Prince of Petworth – Is there a clean up process on here to remove unavailable rental listings?

      i’ve noticed some of the for sale listings are out of date, too. when i follow the link back to the realtors website, the listing is no longer available.
