wow this is a great deal.
i’m generally not a big fan of the northern part of eckington. there is a lot of drug dealing, the occasional shooting, and lots of illegal dumping. but this place is priced with that in mind, i think.

to anon 4:17, to my knowledge there aren’t a lot of muggings, or home break ins in this part if neighborhood. further southeast of here there have been a lot. so many that neighbors have held special meetings to try to deal with it. i don’t think there are many car breaks in either. it is still an area that you should be cautious.

No one can “prove wrong” your subjective feeling of fear, but this is a lovely neighborhood.

I live a few blocks away and it’s not bad at all & it’s made a lot of progress the past few years. I think a few blocks to the north east had some issues (W & Rhode Island) a bit back. Boundary Stone bar is a few blocks away
