
For a hot second it looked like the great building at the corner of 3rd and P St, NW could become home to a wine store. The retail space has become a regular bodega/corner store called 3rd Street Market.

This is a great addition to the hood! It is very clean and bright with no bullet proof glass. Very friendly owners are keeping a list of what the neighbors want them to stock.

awesome to have a respectable corner store in the Trux. It was cash only when I went… no ATM… great selection though.
These guys are pretty good. The store is very clean and bright. It is a much better alternative than feeding dollar bills through a bullet proof window.
They do take credit cards now – through the iPad app.
