Oh my gosh- 250 sq ft! That is teeeeeeny! I’d say a studio for $1000 is normal in that area, but for the size it seems overpriced.

Ha ha ha! No friggin’ way. Please.

Walk-in closet? The entire apartment is the size of a walk-in closet!

  • Tim

So this is Park View and not Pleasant Plains? I’ve seen the Wiki pages for both, and there seems to be some overlap/disagreement. I generally see it as Pleasant Plains running up to Park Road, and then the area between Park and Rock Creek Church Road as being Park View. Just my view, don’t crucify me on this. What do other people think?

  • This is hilarious.

    No…freaking…way

    WTF? Seriously? 247sqft? Not a lot a room? That’s literally someone’s closet.

  • caballero

That is smaller than my master bedroom. And that’s not including the two walk-in closets and bathroom attached to the master bedroom.

I’m glad they fit full sized appliances along the ‘kitchen’ wall.

  • I saw an apt. with 325 sq. ft. and was like NO WAY. So this is SUPER SMALL! May work well for the college or grad student short term though.

  • I guess if you think of it as something like an extended stay hotel room, it isn’t bad at <$35 /night. I am sort of obsessed with maximizing usage of space and organization, so I'm impressed that there seems to be some closet space and they managed to fit the usual appliances, including W/D, in there. Definitely for someone without a lot of stuff or maybe who commutes to/from another city.

One of my rentals in Dupont is just a little larger and rents for slightly more. It’s probably my most popular rental. I literally get hundreds of responses to my ad when it opens up. Many people are fine with small spaces. Though for this location, I think the price is high, even though it seems to have had a recent renovation.
