Initially I was inclined to say good deal, the price is right, but the blueprints and 3D mockup don’t match the pictures, and no photos of the bedrooms. Curious.
Looks like a nice place.
It looks so nice! No bedroom pics, but the measurements are decent sizes. The 3D mockup looks like it was taken from the rear of the home, in which case I think it matches the floorplan. 8 blocks to E Market, 8 blocks to Union Station, 4-8 blocks to H Street AND parking included. I kind of wish I was looking for a place.
