PoP Preview: Sign Up for a 3 Course Pop Up Meal from Chez Billy’s Coming to Petworth

This is awesome. The folks from Chez Billy’s coming to 3815 Georgia Ave, NW in Petworth are having a pop up meal at the Montserrat House in Shaw on Fri. Jan. 20th. They would like to offer locals a preview of the menu for the coming soon to Petworth spot. And of course they’d like your feedback so they are offering a 3 course meal including wine pairings of French Bordeaux for each course for $55:

Aperetif maison

Charcuterie- Pate maison with prunes, jambon de canard, homemade cornichons

Saucisson Merguez- Lamb sausage with braised white beans, harissa, and winter greens

Daube de Boeuf- Red wine braised beef cheeks with orange, picholine olive, and roasted carrots

There will be one seating at 7pm and one seating at 9pm. Sign up for the preview here. Seating is very limited and will go fast.

This is awesome. I am so excited for Chez Billy’s. We may need some clarification on the date, though. When you click to sign up, the preview form says January 20, not January 21.

Fusion restaurant week is going to have to take the place of sold-out Chez Billy for this family. A fine trade-off. Still, real excited for some new offerings in Petworth.
