  • Ok, is that tile or is that laminate? Also, is that “tile” in the bedroom too?

  • Probably not a bad price, but I’m really not sure what Photo 4 is of. Is that linoleum in the bedroom?

  • Could definitely use more pictures in the ad

  • $1750 for a 2BR in MtP is a good deal as long as it doesn’t suck.

  • $1750 is not bad for a 2br, but it kinda does look like it sucks (linoleum floors?). Owner should invest in some nice flooring, and the apt could probably go for a lot more per month.

  • unfortunately, given the housing stock of dc, 2brs are at a premium and, no matter how crappy, anything under $2k is a deal.

row houses are great, but that means a disproportionate number of 3 & 4 brs and 1br basements…

  • For a 2BR in this location it is almost too good to be true…

  • Question is, where exactly is it? It’s certainly not at the location indicated on the map, which isn’t a “tree lined street”. The latter could describe many places in Mount Pleasant. “Short walk to Metro” suggests down around Irving or Hobart, but sometimes realtors think “short” is anything less than a mile.
