  • What a reasonable rent per month for such a spacious and luxurious apartment. Sign me up!

“You have at your disposal all the urban living found in the Friendship Heights shopping mall area.”

Oh wait, you’re serious. Let me laugh even harder.

It’s nice that it includes parking and utilities…but c’mon.

    • I used to know someone who lived in that building. There are three grocery stores within a short walk, plus a specialty market, a couple of gyms and a bunch of restaurants(some good, some not). Not to mention a bunch of shopping. I think that qualifies as “urban living.” The price seems reasonable for a place in Upper NW.

OK deal…….if you want to live in far far NW. Not me.
