“You have at your disposal all the urban living found in the Friendship Heights shopping mall area.”
Oh wait, you’re serious. Let me laugh even harder.
It’s nice that it includes parking and utilities…but c’mon.
I used to know someone who lived in that building. There are three grocery stores within a short walk, plus a specialty market, a couple of gyms and a bunch of restaurants(some good, some not). Not to mention a bunch of shopping. I think that qualifies as “urban living.” The price seems reasonable for a place in Upper NW.
It’s in MD, but point taken.
Also the movie theater is there!
True. I was thinking of Friendship Heights as a whole, which straddles the DC-MD line (Western Avenue). The building in this ad is a block or two into MD and right across the street from Whole Foods.
OK deal…….if you want to live in far far NW. Not me.
