  • The language seems a bit overwrought, but the place looks nice and the photos in the Craigslist ad show exactly what a potential renter would want to see.

Might be worth it for in-unit washer and dryer.

  • According to the management company’s website, the studios at that building range from 330-357 square feet. So, you have a tiny space, but a nicely renovated one that allows pets, is very close to the metro, and has an in-unit washer and dryer. It still seems a little overpriced for the size, however new and sparkly it is, though.

  • Expensive and small, but WOW, gorgeous inside.

  • I personally can’t stand cheap stainless-looking appliances. Why not just go with black if you’re going to cheap out? They really detract from an otherwise lovely kitchen.

I also don’t see how the picture of the kitchen and the picture of the living area with a part of a kitchen counter/bar area on it go together.

However, I love that part of town. My mortgage + dues is still lower to live between Dupont and U Street, but I think that area for that price isn’t bad.

  • I checked out a studio in that building last year and it was TINY. Great location and they did a nice job on the renovation, but no way would I pay that for such a small space.

  • When the building opened just under two years ago, they ran a special where studios were $1400. I’ve been intrigued by the building and may have considered it at that price, but I think $1650 is just too high for the size.
