We will be having an open house on Sunday Oct 30 (11 AM – 5 PM) and Monday Oct 31 (5 PM – 8 PM). The house is situated in walking distance to Columbia heights and Petworth metro stations (10 minute walk to each), and is a short distance to various universities (Howard, Catholic, and a 15 minute metro ride to UMD, etc.) and hospitals as well as shops, grocery stores and restaurants (http://www.nytimes.com/slideshow/2011/02/20/travel/20110220-SURFACING.html) in the Columbia Heights area.

$945 sound right for this basement studio?

Another sweet dungeon. At least the landlord can save u a trip by throwing the clothes down to you when done.

I paid $900 for a basement studio in this same spot 2 years ago. Mine had its own W&D but this one seems nicer so the price would be right.
