    Embassies perhaps? Equally as large and nice houses in Cleveland Park right next to “embassy hill” typically rent for less so I dunno?

    Really, I have no idea what demo this is marketed towards. Who is going to throw down enough every month to service the mortage on a 1.4 million dollar loan, to rent a 4 br house?
